Inventory Labs System is a subscription-based software service delivered digitally. Once activated, subscriptions are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Exceptions

• Duplicate payment made in error.
• Proven technical issue that prevents access or basic use of the Service and cannot be resolved by our support team.

Request Window & Processing Time

• Submit refund requests within 2–3 days of payment.
• Approved refunds are processed within 3–4 business days to the original payment method.
